This course provides hands on experience of systematic job analysis techniques (Card Sorts, Repertory Grid, Critical Incidents and Visionary Interviewing) and data integration essential to ensuring that competencies are defined accurately and reflect the organisation’s short and long term objectives.

The course is suitable for those involved in defining critical success factors within roles and in the assessment and development of people. It includes practical sessions, case study work and an ‘open clinic’ where delegates discuss topics of particular relevance to them.
