The Professional 8.0+ Enhanced Job-Focused Assessment is designed for all non-managerial professional/individual contributor positions. It measures behaviors that underlie successful performance in a professional/individual contributor setting across a wide range of industries. This JFA includes the Reskilling Potential Scale. This scale measures tendency to learn from experiences in a way that support professional success. The Reskilling Potential Scale is not offered as a standalone assessment; as part of the JFA, this scale is paired with a cognitive assessment and a behavioral assessment that covers additional skills.
