Retention

Description

This test, entitled Retention, aims at assessing the ability to retain information to which they have been exposed for very little time. Along with this aspect, the test contains a brief reading retention section. This test is appropriate to administer to those that will be required to retain information to which they were briefly exposed and reiterate it. Tests for Call Center Retention, Call Center Listening Skills and Reading Comprehension are also available.
