SQL Server 2005 DBA
Description
The SQL Server 2005 DBA assessment measures skills needed to successfully install and administer SQL Server 2005. Topics include daily tasks performed by most DBAs for SQL Server 2005, such as prerequisites, security, configuration, maintenance, automation using jobs, importing external data, monitoring and troubleshooting performance, and maintaining high availability of the server. This test does NOT cover SQL commands used for data queries or stored procedures. However, there are some references to T-SQL used to perform various DBA functions, although the syntax for those T-SQL actions is not tested here. __ __ Assessments for SQL Server 2005 for Developers and Transact SQL are also available.
