The Cultural Diversity assessment is designed to evaluate the level of cultural awareness that administrators, nurses, doctors, and all other healthcare workers should posses. JCAHO standards require healthcare organizations to include cultural diversity and sensitivity training as part of employee orientation and as an on-going basis to meet the needs of their patient populations served. A wide variety of cultures are covered from across the world to provide a broad perspective.
