Call Center U.S. Geographical Locations
Description
The Call Center U.S. Geographic Locations test is designed to identify the test taker's knowledge of the location of major U.S. cities by state. While some of the cities within the test are state capitals, many cities that are included were due to their respectively high populations and, hence, the greater likelihood that the test taker may experience these locations on the job.
