The Commercial Collections assessment focuses on Collection Terms, Commercial Collection Rules, Legal Issues, and Communication appropriate for an individual with at least 1 year of collection experience. Questions are a combination of scenarios a collector would encounter on a daily basis and terms pertaining to commercial collections. __ __ Assessments for Call Center Collections, Financial Math, and Financial Spelling are also available.
