The Paralegal Skills test is designed for professionals that are currently working as paralegals. The aim of this test is to assess one's knowledge of the functions of a paralegal and the legal profession, contract law, tort law, legal writing, constitutional law, and legal research. This test is appropriate to administer to test takers with a year or more experience as a paralegal. __ __ Tests for Basic Litigation Knowledge, Legal Assistant and Legal Vocabulary are also available.
